What information we collect
This website itself does not use tracking cookies or analytics. We only receive information you choose to give us directly — for example, your name and email address if you send us a message, or the details you provide when booking a meeting.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiries, schedule and conduct meetings, and follow up about CollabHub. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-party services
Our contact page embeds Microsoft Bookings to let you schedule a meeting. When you use that scheduling tool, your information is also subject to Microsoft's own privacy practices. We don't control how Microsoft processes data within that embedded tool.
Data retention
We retain the information you send us only for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or maintain our record of the meeting, unless a longer period is required by law.
Your rights
If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and to object to how it's processed. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@collabhub.fi.
